For busy people who want to get to or from the airport promptly, Red Car offers private service in either a Lincoln Town Car or a luxury 8-passenger Transit van.
Private airport service is available to passengers for Toronto Pearson Airport and Hamilton International Airport. Reservations are required.
The service works almost the same as our shared ride service except that no other passengers will be booked on your vehicle.
On the day of your travel, our uniformed driver will pick you up at your chosen location and will promptly set off for the airport. Sink back in our comfortable seats as the driver takes on all the headaches and hassles of fighting traffic and weather. Arrive at the airport refreshed and relaxed. The driver will drop you off right at the door where you check in for your flight.
When you are travelling from the airport, your driver will be waiting at the airport for you as you land.
At Pearson Airport, once you have checked in at our airport desk, your driver will be radioed to pull up to the terminal curb. Due to airport security regulations, our vehicles cannot sit parked at the curb; they wait in a holding area only minutes away from your terminal.
At Hamilton Airport, once you have picked up your luggage, proceed to the prearranged ground transportation annex adjacent to the main arrivals area. (Turn left when you exit baggage claim and go through the glass doors to the ground transportation annex.) Your driver will meet you there. If your driver is not inside the terminal, chances are he’s waiting outside at his vehicle along the curb in front of the terminal. Look for a burgundy Lincoln Town Car or one of our Red Car Sprinter vans.

Please note that with private service, we do not have the same concerns about accommodating other passengers’ luggage and the normal luggage restrictions are more relaxed. However, luggage beyond our normal allowances must be disclosed at the time of booking; luggage may be a factor when reserving a private sedan.
