Flying From Pearson Airport

Make your reservations in advance-by phone or online. Have all your flight particulars available when making your booking. That will allow us to determine the best pickup time for your flight, based on traffic and weather conditions, your address, and desired amount of time at the airport. You will be assigned a pickup time that is suitable for the airline's required check-in time for your flight. Our reservations staff will call you the day before your departure to confirm the time that we will arrive at your address.

Sink back into a comfortable seat and relax. Our professional, uniformed drivers will assist with your luggage and, through our communication system, avoid traffic problems en route to the airport. Arrive at the airport fresh and relaxed!

Upon arrival at the Airport, we will deliver you right to the door closest to your airline's check-in counter.

Flying Into Pearson Airport

We recommend making reservations well in advance of your arrival. Your flight will be satellite-tracked for exact arrival time and this will help ensure a prompt departure from the airport. Once you have picked up your luggage and exited the security area, you can proceed to the Ground Transportation Desk in the terminal where you arrived. Our helpful airport staff will check you in and will notify the driver to enter the terminal to collect you. Departures are usually within 20-30 minutes of your arrival at our desk. Your driver will assist with luggage and choose the best route home, right to your door!

Ground Transportation Desk Locations

Terminal One

Ground Transportation Desk, Ground Level. When you exit baggage claim on the arrivals level, turn right and follow the signs for Ground Transportation. Proceed towards the end of the building and take the escalator (on your left) or the elevator (on your right) down one level to Ground Level. The Ground Transportation Booth is located on ground level.

Terminal Three

Ground Transportation Desk. Arrivals Level between "B" and "C" exit doors. If you are arriving on International flights or flights from the United States, turn left when you exit baggage claim. Proceed along the Terminal past the car rentals to Ground Transportation. If you are arriving on flights from within Canada turn right when you exit baggage claim and proceed to Ground Transportation located beside the first escalator.
