Buffalo Airport

This service requires a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice. All bookings for Buffalo Airport must be prepaid or charged to a corporate account. No cash bookings will be allowed.  All fares for Buffalo Airport include a non-refundable booking fee of $25.00.

Red Car Service works in partnership with Niagara Airbus to provide service to and from the Buffalo Airport. Transfers to Niagara Airbus vehicles are made via Hamilton Airport.

Flying from Buffalo Airport

Make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance—by phone or online. Have all your flight particulars available when making your booking. Your pickup time will be scheduled according to your flight's departure time, allowing time to transfer vehicles at Hamilton Airport and cross the Canada/U.S. border.

Our reservations staff will call you the day before your departure to confirm your pickup time.

Upon arrival at Hamilton Airport, we will transfer you and your luggage to the Niagara Airbus vehicle for continuation on to Buffalo Airport.

Flying into Buffalo Airport

You must make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance. When you have landed at Buffalo and have picked up your luggage, you will check in at the Information Booth located on the Arrivals Level, next to the escalator (if you cannot locate this booth, please call 716-835-8111, which is a local number). Your Niagara Airbus driver will assist with your luggage and when you have reached Hamilton Airport, you and your luggage will be transferred to a Red Car vehicle for your continuation home.

Luggage Restrictions for Buffalo Transfers

Transfers by Niagara Airbus for 1-3 passengers will be in a Lincoln Town Car, thereby limiting luggage capacity.
