HOW IT WORKS
Airport Shuttle
In basic terms, our 8-passenger luxury vans or our burgundy Lincoln Town Cars take you to the airport right from your home, office or hotel and bring you back when you return.
The most economical and certainly most popular service Red Car provides is the shared ride. Shared ride means that you are booked on a vehicle that is carrying other passengers. The rates for shared ride are even better if you are travelling with two or more people in your party.
Red Car Service knows that you are anxious to get to your destination and that is why we try to limit the number of stops for any vehicle to around four, whenever possible.
Reservations are required and we normally suggest booking anywhere from one week to one month prior to your travel. However, we know you can’t always predict when you’ll need to travel, so we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.

From Your Home, Office or Hotel
To arrange a pickup from your home, office or hotel to any of the airports we serve, simply use our online | We are able to store your basic contact information in our database, recalled by using your preferred phone number. reservations links or give us a call. When you make your reservation, we will request some basic personal information from you (like your address and phone number) and your flight details. You will be assigned a tentative pickup time based on where your address is located and the time you wish to check in for your flight. Red Car always recommends the minimum check-in times as suggested by the airlines. However, we will try to accommodate the individual desires of our customers when possible. Booking well in advance of your travel gives you better choice with regard to pickup times.
The day before your trip, we will be working hard to finalize our schedule for the next day, and your final pickup time will be determined based on the addresses of other passengers assigned to your vehicle, the weather forecast, and the time of day (trips occurring during rush hour can generally be 30 to 60 minutes longer than less busy times of the day). You will be informed of your final pickup time during a confirmation phone call, generally starting after 3:00 PM the day before you travel.
When the driver arrives at your location and you board our vehicle, sink back in our comfortable seats as the driver takes on all the headaches and hassles of fighting traffic and weather. Our two-way radio system will keep the driver informed of any traffic problems ahead and allow him to choose an alternate route. Arrive at the airport refreshed and relaxed. The driver will drop you off right at the door where you check in for your flight.

From the Airport
We encourage you to make a reservation from the airport. Advance reservations help us plan the number of vans we will need to serve our customers, ensuring prompt departure for you from the airport. 
At Toronto Pearson Airport, you will find a Red Car check-in counter inside both of the terminals; at other airports, you will need to meet up with your driver at a prearranged meeting area.

Confirmations by E-mail
All online bookings receive an e-mailed confirmation within six hours of submitting their information (12 hours for conference bookings). If you do not receive an e-mail from Red Car Reservations within that time frame,
you need to contact our office by phone. There may be an error that is preventing you from receiving your confirmation.
All customers making bookings by phone are offered an e-mailed confirmation. We encourage all our customers to accept an e-mailed confirmation. This allows you to double-check that we have all your information right and we can make any corrections or adjustments necessary well before your day of travel. The confirmation will also contain important information such as your booking reference numbers, our cancellation policies and luggage allowances and, most importantly, how to find us when you land at the airport.
Further, every departing passenger receives a confirmation phone call the day before their departure, generally starting after 3:00 PM.
Cancellation Policies
When you make a reservation with Red Car, we are guaranteeing that we will be at your door or at the airport to meet you, even if you are the only person scheduled for that time. If a booked passenger doesn’t show up or cancels at the last minute, we have still invested a driver and vehicle for them. In order to cover our costs and keep our prices reasonable, Red Car has implemented cancellation policies. Every no-show and every late cancellation is investigated to determine the circumstances for the cancellation of service. We hope you’ll respect our need to charge for unused services when our follow-up investigation deems it necessary.
