PAYMENT OPTIONS

We require one of the following to reserve your travel: 

  • Any of three major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
  • Charge to an existing corporate account

In some cases, the credit card will be held to reserve the service, and charges will be processed the day after travel.  This allows for adjustments to the original fare based on possible extra charges or the addition of driver gratuities.  In order to do this, we will preauthorize your card for the full amount of your travel when you make your booking.  If you prefer not to have a preauthorization placed on your credit card, you may request to prepay your fare when you make your booking and we will charge your card immediately.

In other cases, the credit card is required to be charged upon booking and the invoice will be marked as prepaid.  In these cases, driver gratuities or any extra charges must be paid in cash to your driver.


Services that may be booked in person or by phone and charged to a credit card the day after travel:

  • Toronto, Hamilton, Waterloo Airport regular services (can also be booked online)
  • Charters to Downtown (including Toronto Island Airport) or East Toronto
  • Charters/Shuttles/Tours

Services that must be prepaid upon booking online:

  • Discounted Round Trip Internet Special (Pearson Airport only)
  • Buffalo Airport
  • Conference Bookings

You can request prepayment of any service upon booking.  You may prepay by credit card over the phone.  Or you may come into our office and prepay with cash,  a cheque from a local bank, Interact (debit payments are only accepted in our office), or credit card.  Receipts can be printed, e-mailed or faxed.

Cash Payment Option

All services must be reserved with a credit card or a charge to an existing account.  However, our drivers can accept cash payment in lieu of either at the time of travel.  Passengers must be prepared with CORRECT CHANGE.  Our drivers cannot make change.

Receipts

A tear-off receipt is available for all customers from your driver.  You should always ensure you get a receipt from the driver for any cash payments.
