With 11 daily departures from the Delta Guelph Hotel and Conference Centre (50 Stone Road West) on a shared-ride service, you are sure to find a time that suits your itinerary.

Please note:  This is not a door-to-door service.  Pickups and drop-offs are only from the Delta Guelph Hotel and Conference Centre and operate on a schedule.

The Delta Guelph Hotel charges for parking.  Please call them at 519-780-3700 to ask about their standard rates.

The following conditions must be met to take advantage of this round trip special.

• Can only be booked online (no phone bookings). 
• Must be booked at least three days before the day of travel. (For instance, if you are booking on a Monday, the earliest day you can book your first transfer is Thursday.)
• Must be prepaid or charged to an existing corporate account.
• Changes to itinerary require at least three hours’ notice.
• Cancellations may be issued a credit or refund.  See our cancellation policy.
• No refunds and no credit for no-shows.

The above arrival times are approximate and may be affected by weather, road construction, traffic, and the number of other stops your vehicle makes before departing for the airport.  In some cases, you may arrive at the airport before the estimated time.

From Pearson Airport

Please report to the Ground Transportation Desk in your terminal as soon as you have cleared security.  You will be scheduled to depart the airport within approximately one hour after your arrival at the desk, or earlier when possible.
