BUFFALO AIRPORT

Buffalo Airport transfers are made in partnership with Niagara Airbus airport service.  Reservations can only be booked online on our website and must be booked at least three days in advance.  We offer nine daily departures from Guelph on a scheduled shared-ride service.

The pickup and drop-off location is: 

      • Delta Hotel (Stone and Gordon), Guelph (free parking and special stop-over rates available at Delta Guelph.  Call Delta Guelph for details, 519-780-3700.)

Home pickup in our regular service area is also available for an extra charge of $15.00 per address.

Going to the Airport

When you make your reservation here on our website (no phone bookings), we will request your flight details.  You will be assigned a pickup time based on the required check-in time for your flight and our departure schedule.  Red Car always recommends the minimum check-in times as suggested by the airlines.  However, we will try to accommodate the individual desires of our customers when possible.

Unlike our other airport services, this service operates on a schedule.  Pickup times are assigned from 3 to 3½ hours prior to arrival at Buffalo Airport, depending on your location.

The day before your trip, we will confirm your travel details and pickup time during routine confirmation phone calls, which we generally start making after 3:00 PM.

When you have been picked up at your prearranged location by Red Car, your driver will take you to a designated meeting spot in Grimsby, Ontario, where you and your luggage will be transferred to the Niagara Airbus, which will take you the rest of the way to Buffalo.

Make sure you have brought your passport and carry it in the vehicle with you since your driver will need to present all passports to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent when you reach the Canada/U.S. border.

IMPORTANT:  If for any reason you are denied entry into the United States, the Niagara Airbus will proceed without you.  The driver will pick you up at the border on his way back from Buffalo and arrangements will be made to take you to the meeting location in Grimsby where Red Car Service will bring you back to your original pickup location.

From the Airport

When you have landed at Buffalo and have picked up your luggage, you will check in at the Information Booth located next to the escalator on the Arrivals Level.  (If you cannot locate this booth, please call 716-835-8111, a local number.)  Your Niagara Airbus driver will transport you to the designated meeting spot in Grimsby, Ontario, where you and your luggage will be transferred to a Red Car Service vehicle, which will take you back to your prearranged drop-off location.

IMPORTANT:  Niagara Airbus shuttle departures from Buffalo Airport are on a schedule.  If your flight is delayed and you miss your original departure time, you will be accommodated on the next scheduled departure from the airport.

Red Car Service must be notified of any changes to your flight itinerary (e.g., you switch airlines or flight numbers or arrival dates) a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
