Going to the Airport

When you make your reservation here on our website or by phone, we will request your flight details.  You will be assigned a tentative pickup time based on the time you wish to arrive at the airport to check in.  Red Car always recommends the minimum check-in times as suggested by the airlines.  However, we will try to accommodate the individual desires of our customers when possible. 

The day before your trip, we will confirm your travel details and pickup time during routine confirmation phone calls, which we generally start making after 3:00 PM.

When the driver arrives at your location and you board our vehicle, sink back in our comfortable seats as the driver whisks you off to the airport and drops you right at the door where you check in.

From the Airport

Your flight will be satellite-tracked for exact arrival time and this will help ensure a prompt departure from the airport.  Once you have picked up your luggage, proceed to the front entrance of the terminal.  Your driver will meet you there.  If your driver is not at the front of the terminal, chances are he’s waiting outside the front door in his vehicle.  Look for a burgundy Lincoln Town Car or one of our Red Car Sprinter vans.
