Going to the Airport

When you make your reservation here on our website or by phone, we will request your flight details.  You will be assigned a tentative pickup time based on where your address is located and the time you wish to check in for your flight.  Red Car always recommends the minimum check-in times as suggested by the airlines.  However, we will try to accommodate the individual desires of our customers when possible. 

The day before your trip, we will be working hard to finalize our schedule for the next day, and your final pickup time will be determined based on the addresses of other passengers assigned to your vehicle (if any), the weather forecast, and expected traffic conditions.  You will be informed of your final pickup time during a confirmation phone call, generally starting after 3:00 PM the day before you travel.

When the driver arrives at your location and you board our vehicle, sink back in our comfortable seats as the driver takes on all the headaches and hassles of fighting traffic and weather.  Arrive at the airport refreshed and relaxed, right at the door where you check in.

From the Airport

Your flight will be satellite-tracked for exact arrival time and this will help ensure a prompt departure from the airport.  Once you have picked up your luggage, proceed to the prearranged ground transportation annex adjacent to the main arrivals area.  (Turn left when you exit baggage claim and go through the glass doors to the ground transportation annex.)  Your driver will meet you there.  If your driver is not inside the terminal, chances are he’s waiting outside in his vehicle along the curb in front of the terminal.  Look for a burgundy Lincoln Town Car or one of our Red Car Sprinter vans.
