Luggage Allowances

Adults:

Each adult passenger is allowed one oversize suitcase and one carry-on or two standard suitcases and one carry-on. Red Car Service must be notified of any excess luggage (charged at $6.00 per piece) and we reserve the right to refuse any excess that has not been prearranged.

Children (0-8 incl.):

Each child is allowed one standard suitcase and one carry-on. 

Advance Notice Required:

Hard case golf clubs and bicycles carry a surcharge of $40.00.

Travelling with Animals carries a surcharge of $40.00 and does require advance notice.

Skis, snowboards, and golf clubs (no case) are carried at no additional charge but do count as a piece of luggage.

Special Note Regarding Buffalo Airport Transfers

Buffalo transfers are made in conjunction with Niagara Airbus, who do all 1-3 passenger transfers in a Lincoln Town Car, which has stricter luggage allowances. The above luggage policy does not apply.
