Cancellation Policy

Toronto Airport

We require three hours' notice of cancellation of your reservation. Eligibility for refund with less than three hours' notice is at the sole discretion of our management staff.

Hamilton Airport

Reservations for Hamilton Airport must be guaranteed with a credit card. We require three hours' notice of cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be made with less than three hours' notice.

Buffalo Airport

Reservations for Buffalo Airport must be prepaid. We require 24 hours' notice of cancellation of your reservation. No refunds will be made with less than 24 hours' notice.  A $25.00 non-refundable booking fee applies to all Buffalo Airport reservations.

Special Charters

We require 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of your reservation. Eligibility for refund with less than 24 hours’ notice is at the sole discretion of our management staff.
